Some people ask why our software service subscriptions are minimum 2 years.
 
Many clients prefer longer terms because:
  • Their company’s purchasing & approval processes are often time-consuming.
  • Pricing is locked in for the full term.
  • Their training systems and processes are usually part of their approved Operations Manuals, and making changes to that is difficult.
  • Some clients even request 4- or 5-year agreements for added stability and convenience.
     
Aerostudies also benefits (which helps keep our pricing low) from longer commitments because:
  • Managing renewals less frequently significantly reduces administrative costs and effort.
  • Renewals are often complex and time-consuming due to client’s approval processes & staff turnover.
  • We allocate resources for server capacity, bandwidth, technical support, and related infrastructure to help ensure clients receive reliable performance and high-quality service throughout their term.
  • For new clients, the system set-up, custom branding, custom sign-in page, and onboarding/system training are all included in the price.

Keeping renewal cycles longer helps us maintain the high level of service we provide while keeping ASCENT pricing affordable.
